Paul loves HeimLantz for its flexible work environment and the challenges and rewards that come from working with people who truly care about what they do. As a partner and manager of the firm’s Alexandria office, he specializes in planning for businesses and individuals, tax services, financial statement reporting, business consulting, and wealth management. He has been a valued member of the HeimLantz team since he joined the firm in 1998.
Paul worked with the FBI while pursuing his degree from George Mason University. He discovered more about the field of accounting while working with the FBI and was encouraged to pursue a career in the field after graduating.
Paul is involved with a number of accounting organizations; he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Virginia Society of CPAs (CSCPA), and the Financial Planning Association. He also sits on the board of the Northern Virginia Estate Planning Council.
A native of California, Paul travels to Monterey and San Francisco as often as possible to enjoy the landscape and weather. He enjoys his current area of residence, Alexandria, Virginia, for its walkability—he loves to take in the history and sophistication of Old Town Alexandria—and the abundance of local restaurants and shops. Paul likes to spend his free time reading and exercising.
